I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how pleased I am with what you did with my hats. I must admit I was a little skeptical at first with you being in Olive Branch, MS and me being in Atlanta, GA., but I needed to get my hats cleaned and I didn't know of any place in Atlanta. I sent you my hats, you cleaned them, and sent them back to me in excellent condition. You did what you said you were going to do and you did a good job. If anyone asks me if I know someone that can clean or refurbish hats, I'm going to send them to you.

Just got the hat today. Finally, I have the museum quality montecristi panama hat I originally envisioned when I bought it from a missionary in Ecuador. You must have spent a lot of time reshaping the brim -- because it snaps into place perfectly now! Can't stop looking at it -- you did a magnificent job. Thank you soooooo much!!! It takes a true craftsman who has old fashioned pride for their work, not a pretender to reblock a true montecristi and do it justice. You were more than up to the challenge -- Bravo...hats off to you...

I've had them for about (15) years and they were never cleaned, blocked etc. I couldn't find anyone up here in Philadelphia who would even discuss taking this project on. My hats look brand new, they even feel like brand new money !!!
